Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing: With over 500 CATI equipped telephone interviewing stations, Universal offers domestic and international consumer and executive business-to-business telephone interviewing services. We keep you updated daily with the status of your project through computer generated progress reports that detail quota groups and any special tallies you request including screener terminations, sample dispositions, incidence, length of interview and CPI. You are aware of the status and cost of your study at all times. Daily top-line reports are also available upon request so that you can look at important data as field work progresses.

800 Inbound, Email and Fax Services: Universal has developed an affordable and efficient method to interview hard-to-reach respondents. We first place calls to respondents, leave messages with our 1-800 number for respondents to call back, and immediately send out customized email and/or fax invitations. When respondents call back, the inbound call can be routed to a supervisor for transfer to one of our interviewers or a respondent can logon to take the survey.

Predictive and Power Dialing Services: Dialers automatically dial phone numbers, leaving the data collector to interact with respondents. All busies, disconnects, answering machines, faxes and modems are detected by the system and automatically dispositioned into the Survent phone files before they reach the data collector. By eliminating faxes, modems and disconnects in this way, productivity is increased and list integrity is improved.

CATI On or Off-Site Monitoring and Digital Recording: Monitoring is an important component of telephone interviewing. It not only ensures quality, but provides insight into what your target audience is really saying. At any point, you can monitor your project, either from your home, office, or by visiting Universal. In addition, interviews can be digital recorded, and emailed to you in a .wav file format for your review, and for you to use in client presentations.

Web monitoring and pretesting: Using in-house software, view and listen in “real-time” to respondents participating in online surveys
